Welcome to the Phishing Awareness Video Course Series
Phishing is one of the most common causes of successful cyberattacks on companies. Fake emails, messages and websites are deliberately used to obtain login credentials, confidential information or other sensitive data.
This Phishing Awareness Video Course Series teaches you, in a compact and practical way, how phishing attacks work, how to recognise suspicious messages and how to respond correctly in an emergency.
Course Content
The course consists of four learning videos that build on one another. Topics covered include:
- typical characteristics of phishing messages
- recognising suspicious senders, links and attachments
- manipulation and deception techniques used by attackers
- risks when handling login credentials and confidential information
- correct behaviour when receiving suspicious emails and messages
- measures to take after a possible phishing incident
The content is designed to be practical and is intended to help you identify typical attack patterns early in your day-to-day work.
Target Audience
This course is aimed at:
- all employees
- new employees as part of their IT security induction
- employees as part of regular awareness measures
The content is relevant regardless of your area of work, as phishing attacks can affect any employee of a company.
Course Structure
The video course series consists of four learning videos that can be completed one after another.
Each lesson covers one part of the topic, and the lessons build on one another. You can work through the course flexibly and complete the individual videos in sequence.
Knowledge Checks and Final Test
After the learning videos, a short final test awaits you.
The purpose of the test is:
- to check your understanding of the content covered
- to reinforce important rules of behaviour
- to raise awareness of phishing attacks in day-to-day work
Successfully passing the final test is required to complete the course.

After successfully completing all learning videos and the final test, you will receive a personalised certificate of participation.
This certificate:

- documents the successful completion of the course
- can be presented as proof of training if required
